All of our items are made to order. Please allow 1–4 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Because each item is produced on demand, larger orders may require additional processing time. For example, if you order multiple caves, your order may take longer to be prepared and shipped than a single-item order.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • EU, UK and USA: 5–8 business days

  • Canada: 7–10 business days

  • Asia: 12–30 business days

  • Australia and New Zealand: 12–20 business days
