Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller Information

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) apply to all orders placed on aquadecor.fr with:

These Terms govern sales concluded between Tregon Industries LTD and any individual acting as a consumer.

2. Purpose

These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered on the website.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website on the day the customer views the site, subject to stock availability or production capacity.

Product photos, visuals, descriptions, and dimensions are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur, particularly due to screen color display, the handmade nature of the items, or made-to-order production.

4. Prices

Prices shown on the website are listed in euros and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included) unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are indicated before the final validation of the order.

Tregon Industries LTD reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. Tregon Industries LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the customer, non-payment, suspected fraud, or any abnormal order.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order.

Accepted payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, Cartes Bancaires (CB), PayPal, Apple Pay, American Express, and Shop Pay.

The customer guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. Production and Shipping

All products are made to order.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–4 business days after purchase. Because each item is produced on demand, larger or more complex orders may require additional processing time.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• EU, UK and USA: 5–8 business days

• Canada: 7–10 business days

• Asia: 12–30 business days

• Australia and New Zealand: 12–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on postal services, customs processing, holiday periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to contact the carrier if any visible damage is found.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery.

If more than 30 days have passed since the order was received, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging, if applicable.

Proof of purchase is required for any return request.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. They are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from it.

10. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email confirming receipt of the return and informing the customer whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original payment method within a few days.

Sale or discounted items are not refundable unless otherwise required by law.

11. Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

12. Liability

Tregon Industries LTD shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of products sold on the site.

In any event, the liability of Tregon Industries LTD shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order concerned.

13. Force Majeure

Tregon Industries LTD shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure or any event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport disruptions, customs delays, strikes, or supply chain interruptions.

14. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, product names, and content, are the exclusive property of Tregon Industries LTD unless stated otherwise.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

15. Personal Data

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws applicable to Tregon Industries LTD.
